None of these are actually orderable on Doordash. They will all error out. The only one that is usable at this time is Bond Coffee Collective (CRC) which is not on your list.
Also, if you are wondering whether you should use the $60 credit or not. If you otherwise were not going to use it, think of this as a chesed to these businesses that are failing because of the pandemic.
You can also use it on CVS, Walgreens, and 7-11 in select areas.
