Did anybody get a cancellation email or a confirmation email?
Check your Junk for the confirmation email, for some reason it went into there for me. However I do not see that my credit card was charged yet…

I just got a wack email from ATT saying that they canceled my order because they couldnt verify .. Here Ill just quote it
“Unfortunately, we are unable to verify your identity or run a credit check because the personal information that was provided does not match the information that is on file with the credit bureau. For your protection, your order has been canceled.”

I got one, then it got canceled because it said they couldn’t verify my information : ( anyone have advice? I called at&t, they were no help…
I got the same email, on the phone with them now.
If they didn’t make a pull, how couldn’t they verify…. And it’s illegal to full without consent.
I think of we all push and make a big deal, we might get somewhere.

Update: the supervisor hung up the phone on me (his name was cris), I explained to him that he is on a recorded line, and that I’m going to court…

I also got that crazy email. If they don’t want to honor a price mistake that’s fine. But to make up a silly reason is simply pathetic!

I also got that email. Called them and they said it was canceled because it was out of stock. I told the rep I got a conf email, and he replied that it was a limited time promotion that sold out prior to me placing the order. Did anyone NOT get their order canceled?

i got the cant confirm identity email too. its all a bunchg of bs. i used to have service with them and cancelled. boy am i happy i did. maybe we can all foin together for a class action lawsuit against them for giving us such garbage. they said due to lack of stock they cannot confirm my identity anymore. that was before the rep realized what she said then i got transferred to someone else

This is not the first time AT&T canceled everyones orders by this bogus email. If you purchased them on an account, I think they would still go through. AT&T is worried about people buying to resell and such and therefore people who purchased these on a guest account, 90% of us had our orders cancelled. AT&T has been doing this kind of thing for a long time. I ordered a couple watches last year on their website and I had the same issue. Its hit or miss with AT&T.
