my wife and 2 kids are flying from JFK to TLV, she is not a member of any milage program, can anyone suggest which program would be best for the family.

dan I purchased 2 tickets on el al a few weeks ago and now this cheaper fare came out. When i purchased my tickets they did not have this fare at all. I called them but they of course wont do any refund. Do you know if I can dispute the charges with American express?? If I try to do that am I taking any chance that El al will make problems when we get to the airport??
