I flew with them to Israel in January- they called me the day I was leaving to Israel to tell me that they calncelled my return flight.
They put me on a 5 hour stop-over in London Stansted.
In case you are wondering- no I did not get ANYTHING for my troubles. They told me I had to call their Tel Aviv office to complain if I wanted to. When I got to Israel I called Tel Aviv office and they told me since I booked in NY I had to speak with NY.
TERRIBLE AIRLINE.
NOBODY ASKED ISRAIR TO BE AN AIRLINE- If you want to be an ariline, have at least the basic common decency.
