If you’re unsure, you can do what the magazine hounds do: you start up a 2nd subscription – make the information identical to what you have on your mailing label. If you’re lucky, it might be noticed; otherwise, you can call customer service, explain you’ve received two copies and need to “stack” them (make them consecutive, not concurrent).
Any magazine worth their salt will honor your request.
