Yes, but a lot of times the local health ministries in countries were keeping their own records. I was able to look at data on CUN last year, from the Mexican government.
In PR, the whole government is in recovery mode from Maria so even their own health officials can’t keep track.
It’s unfortunate as I otherwise would take advantage of this flight sale and there are so many points hotels.
