This item is a piece of junk. The first one I obtained, the seller refunded my money and apologized for a ‘bad run’.
The ‘Luggage Pros’ did not even acknowledge my complaint.
This item ships with a sticker that it is +or- 2 pounds. In my analysis with an accurate digital scale (UPS certified), it was off by more than 3 pounds. It was even variable with +- 4 pounds on successive tries on the EXACT same weight. If you get this, I would advise giving yourself a 5 pound ‘safety factor’ Or better yet, get a really accurate scale.
