07/30-Fly back to PIT, Drive back to Cleveland.
07/30-08/01-Take summer semester finals and hand in essays due for my grad school courses.
08/02-Fly to Israel!
08/26-Return to Cleveland.
08/27-First MBA class of the fall semester.
I called about teh 130, the c.s. agent toldme that its only if i open a new account, BUT if i get approved, then not only will i get the 130 but whateever promotion i originally applied for will be valid too.
So I applied, got approved and i am waiting for my 250+130 to post to the account.
I hope that I will have the AMEX $130 letter when I get home next week!

i called about the 130, they said it can take up to 60 days.
I called again and they said that its only eilgible if iopen a new account.

the rebate is only available for phones purchased from authorized stores NOT the tmobile website (i.e. when you pay full price, not the discount 29.99)

i got the same letter from amex regarded the 130$ but it never went on to any exsisting account…did it go for you????
remember a while back amex was giving out 250 dollar credit? I applied for all 4 cards. only 2 applications went through. the other ones were “lost”. many people here also experienced that. Dan theorized that the ctown people were messing with amexs servers due to the influx of apps.
anyway today i got 2 letters in the mail saying that amex is credit 130 to an existing account as they just now got the app. if i would like to apply then call them blah blah.
anyone else get a letter like that?
130 is not 250 but its better than 0. and UNexpected.

Can you please unsticky it? See I visit daily and if there is no new deal it only takes a sec, but if there is a “sticky” on top I have to scroll! Takes an extre 2 seconds.
