Update… called Dunkin Donuts at 18004470013 and they confirmed that there was an issue yesterday and they manually added the 200 points. Took a total of 5 minutes. Also said that since there was an issue that they extended the offer to today and you could order again today and get the 200 points again.
Never received the 200 point bonus for ordering on the go… Now today the perks offer shows up?
Yesterday I ordered on-the go and didn’t receive free drink. I logged out of my account and signed back in and the offer is now available.
Got the $5 bonus after loading $2. But how do i see the free drink?
Not sure how you all loaded $2. By me, it had minimum $10 for the auto reload feature. I did that, got the free drink coupon, don’t see the 200 points yet.
Dan, can I turn off auto reload now, or will the free beverage coupon go away?
Anyone else having an error code “app4209” show up when trying to setup auto-reload. Keeps giving me error message when trying to process credit card.
Almost an hour in, logged out, back in. All I got is the $2. I have tried these DD bonuses in the past. Never worked.
Today’s perk seems not to be working. I just went and used the app for a coffee and got only 48 points, not the 200 per the perk. There was an email that said something about them pushing out today’s offer as they make improvements. What does it mean that they’re “pushing it out”? I am on hold waiting to snivel.
Signed up for another account, loaded it with $2 and got my free $5. No free drink. Then I did the auto reload and immediate got the free drink. No free drink or ordering on the go, but already picked up the drink. Hopefully it shows up eventually…

It says I need to put a minimum of $10. Won’t let me just add $2
Not sure how but I got 2 free Perks Rewards now.

@Gd: Yes, it is one per account. I have several cards on my account and did an “autoreload for several of them”. I was charged for each and only got a free beverage for the first auto-reload 🙁

I got the free drink for signing up. But still am not seeing the $5… Any idea why? Also did autorenewal and not see the 200 points (although this says could take up to 24hrs) Where does it say anything about the $5 bonus?

That makes sense (well that it was a poorly worded email). I was going to grab something on my way past DD earlier this morning, but bailed because of the message. Now I’ll just wait until my teleconference ends and grab a donut and hash browns. The kids like the free hot chocolates I split with them when I get these freebies. Thanks!

Seriously? These are all individual perks. Each one is really quite simple on its own. Setting up auto-reload is a snap. And if ordering anything on the go is too complicated, well…
When I get free beverages, I like to try and get the most expensive thing which is usually in the neighbourhood of $5. So 4x$5=$20 – that’s a lot of pennies.

The on-the-go ordering system went down this morning, hence the poorly worded email they likely sent out in panic mode…

I got an email from DD earlier today that I thought implied they were having a problem and they were pushing out the implementation. “We’re pushing out today’s #WTFast Wednesday Perks Week offer as we make improvements to our On-The-Go Mobile Ordering platform. It’s about scale. Coffee 5 days/week x 50 weeks/year = 250 cups of coffee x $2.50/cup = $625. It is like saving hundreds.

That was yesterday’s Perks Week promotion. I don’t believe that will work today. You will get 2x points for the Month of May but not a free beverage.
That last promotion boggles my mind. Maybe other markets are different but here in Baltimore, for April and May (good until May 28th) we’ve had 99c for any size hot or iced coffee with On-The-Go so that is a major downgrade.
It’s a lot easier to pay the few dollars for your cup of coffee then wasting time on such a complicated perk. It’s not like saving hundred here we’re talking penneys.
