You had to sign up for the free book by midnight on Friday the 14th. The Nov. 22nd deadline is only to create and order it.

a couple years ago dan posted the same deal and i put the whole book together as i thought it would be free shipping and then it said that they are charging shipping, so i didn’t buy it but just left it in my shopping cart.
a couple days later they sent me an email saying that if order the book that’s in my cart within the next 3 days, they’ll give me free shipping on it.
i don’t know if they always do that, buy you can try…
