So annoying! I signed up for the free book back in October. I ordered mine yesterday but their website was acting up so I had to redo it today and of course the promo for my free book was gone!

This was actually around for 5 days back in October, yesterday was simply the last day to order.
@Dan/Ctownbochur: That’s exactly what I did. The rep was unable to reinstate the FamilyFinder promo so she offered a courtesy free 8×8 book which I see posted in my account with expiration extended through Jan 2010
Stayed up late and put together a free book!
