I wondering if it’s the fiasco of giving and “revoking” Amex/Uber credits over the past weekend. It was a hat trick of errors.
Gave us $125 Plat/Au card credits on P1/P2 Uber accounts and then ‘Revoked’ the credits back 12-18 hours later.
Should have used them for dinner like I did!
I really.didn’t want to gamble them ganking back against Game Stop GC credits.
I still have $200+ in credits from the GameStop $15 for $25 GC deal in November in my account.
I was slightly tempted to order Fogo De Chão for Sunday lunch using that extra $105 in Plat credits, sadly were behind the curve on the West Coast and they had already started revoking credits by the time.we could order.
I gambled. No clawback of other Uber credit so far.

Since the app is basically worthless for getting assistance about the revoked credits a short cordial email to VP of marketing make shake some dollars free.

I had all 5 promos on. It only automatically applied on my first trip. It didn’t go on my next 2 trips. It said it would apply after the driver is dispatched and then after it is not pending anymore. But it didn’t. And now they all disappeared from my account. How do I complain if I didn’t even think of taking a screenshot?
