United’ sizer is an extra inch in each direction over the stated limits, so it should be fine.
And they’ve only enforced it for me once and after squeezing my bag down it was fine.
@Dan: Dan, I’m not sure it will fit into United’s sizer. Most other airlines should be fine as they don’t usually measure your carry on.
