Bose QuietComfort 25 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones For $224.99 From Amazon
These are the wired QC25s and not the Bluetooth QC35s. One advantage of the QC25s are lighter weight than the QC35s. I also prefer that the QC25s use a single AAA battery rather than a rechargeable battery like the QC35 as it makes it easy to keep a spare in the included carrying case.

The noise cancellation drowns out the drone of the airplane engine so well that when you take them off in middle of a flight you’ll be in shock that you were ever able to fly without them. They make for a peaceful flight and I sleep like a baby on the plane with them over my ears. They’re also great whenever you need to drown out any noise around you.
-Significant noise reduction for travel, work and anywhere in between
-Deep, powerful sound for the music you love
-Lightweight, comfortable around-ear fit you can wear all day long
-Control your music and calls on Samsung and Android devices with inline mic/remote
-Distinctive design in Black or White with carrying case included

It includes an airline adapter.
Can one purchase an extra cable so that it will work with Apple products?
Does this work with airline headphone jacks?
Thanks.

Wow – $225 for headphones is still “on sale for a fraction of their usual price”! I wonder what their usual price is?
Unfortunately way out of my league. I just have to keep living in the noisy, un-cancelled world.
I solved the question of how I ever could fly without them, by not flying too often. Hardly ever in fact.
Unfortunately that deal is only good for QC25’s that are for Android devices, not Apple.
