Received item today. Looks like it is a refurbished item not a brand new. Any thoughts on price of $189.72 is still good deal for refurbished item?

If you look closely at the packaging and compare to what a new item should look like there are a few signs. Also, it says, “Tested for full functions. R2/ready for use”. New items aren’t usually tested before use.

They emailed me back some canned response (I asked some adjectives questions they didnt address) saying I should Go through the refund button on eBay and then within 48 hours they will send me a label and then within 7 to 10 business days after it is appropriately processed in their warehouse I will finally get my refund. Gotta go lug this 100 pound Box to fedex and hope for the best in 2 weeks. Is this the type of thing I can dispute the credit card charge?
