I bought the amazon prime Samsonite luggage last year and it was total junk. It was made specifically for prime and the “original price” was made up. I returned it as did many people based on reviews and comments last year

it is not doing 20% AMEX discount on the original price ($460) but on the reduced price ($160). the final comes down to $104
i tried all day and gave up ordering at regular discounted price. my order form had a do not use points button checked and one could not take it off. amex on the phone did not know what to do? any ideas?

I’ve been using a soft-sided carry-on for a number of year which the gate agents now don’t let on the plane.
United’s maximum is 22 inches. Anyone know if they would notice to extra 2 inches of height on the 24 inch bag?
