    On 2 accounts that I did not yet use the general $20 off $50 with amex points promo that Dan is referencing, I was able to activate this promo. But for the account that I used the general $20 off $50 I was not eligible.

      Me too. Have 18×190 Kleenex and quantity 2 of 90 count Glad kitchen bags. I was targeted, but the discount isn’t showing up. Tried the same thing on my wife’s account with same result.

    Hey Dan can you explain what you mean by saying that you can add a gift card in order to use your gift balance? I’ve been trying to use my gift card balance while taking advantage of the Amex and Citi promos but it hasn’t been working. It says you cannot use your gift card balance to purchase another gift card so won’t allow me to use it in the whole order can you explain how to do it thank you so much!

      Try buying a $1 Amazon eGC: https://amzn.to/2E0EtVy

      Then add the eGC code to your cart when you’re on the final checkout page and see if it lets you pay for the whole order with your gift card balance.

          You enter a new gift card (eg $1) at the checkout page in the promo and coupon box and after you do that it should apply any gift card balance that you already have on your account.
