The COR says that cast-iron pans do not require kashering. You can also your LOR if you need to kasher cast-iron cookware.
Posting the COR ruling is a little misleading. If you read the article they say its ok but some hold of it needing libun gomur and doing a self clean cycle. The more stringent approach is the more commonly accepted one
They pasken it’s OK, but that’s why I also said to ask your LOR.

These pans are made in China – I wouldn’t trust any coating that they use!
I love my Lodge cast iron pans and griddles – they are made in the USA, use only koshe vegetable oils for seasoning, and are even cheaper.
Cuisinel also uses kosher seasoning

they have a kosher certificate for the oil they use, on their website. (They do not have a mashgiach who checks that no other oil is used. )
