@DaBomb: happened to me today. They tried it twice and it only showed up for the value that I purchased it ($30) and not the promotion. Which customer support did you call, Groupon or BR?
@Marilyn: I just used it on a clearance item at their Bay Ridge Store and it worked
Buy 2 for $45 (code off offers $15 off $60 purchases). When I attempted to purchase it only deducted $5 bringing the total to $55, however I had a chat with customer support and they gave me $10 Groupon Bucks which I used to purchase two for $45.
