i just spoke to Spyder Customer Service they said that the code leaked – caused 10,000 ORDERS!!!! WOW!!! They said they will honor the leaked code on premise that it’ll be considered final sale NO returns or refunds allowed – unless you refuse the package(send back to sender) or if you have an employees email address. Customer Service mentioned how shipping has been slower since the holiday weekend & the abundance of orders – your shipments should be out by tomorrow with 5-7 day business shipping time – Lchaim!!!

Hi if u go online on there web as ite and u go on customer service and u click retuns and exchanges and go all the way to the bottom it says any orders placed between November 17 and december 15 you are allowed to return or exchange by january 15 finale sale items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect
Any updates on this? When I spoke to customer service on the phone today they said it looks like it should go through tonight /tomorrow.

Amazing sale. Watch the sizing though. I’m a 38 suit and thought id be a medium jacket. Checked their sizing and M is more size 40 +. I order 2 smalls (one of them cost $38!!!!!!)
Re Shipping charge: Customer service told me it’s a known glitch in their system. If you call they will issue a credit to your cc.
But did they say anything about actually fulfilling the orders?

Ya so weird… The size chart doesnt say…
check their size chart. I assume it then has 1=XS, 2=S, etc
In for 1 XL. but, I tried twice, and still was charged $10 shipping. Still a huge bargain.
I have many spyder coats, and they are great
not giving free shipping without $150 minimum (says it will, but system doesn’t do so)
