I called in, and a rep placed the order for me over the phone. They offered me 25% off in addition to the 40% off 4 shirts, my total was $82.32 for 4 shirts and affective $20.58 per shirt. Although not as good as posted above but still a very good price.

My order was canceled, as I’m sure most were. I spoke with multiple representatives and in my adult life, I cannot remember a company being so unsympathetic and unwilling to budge an inch on anything. I will be opening a case with the Better Business Buruea and I urge everyone to take a few minutes to do the same so that they will have to be held accountable for either compensating or honoring. For them to blame shoprunner for issuing codes is ridiculous and untrue – the codes worked without shoprunner if added alone. We were shown a final price on the brooksbrother domain, on our brooksbrother cart, full of brooksbrother product, and were even able to do the final checkout without shoprunner after applying codes. This is for them to own. Our time is worth something and if they go as far to not honor they need to take better ownership and even compensate.

I got an email confirmation for the higher amounts but wasn’t concerned because my visa was only charged the gift card purchased amounts and the difference between my gift cards and the remainder.
Now though my receipt on both shoprunner and brooks has the much higher amount! I called them up and they said I used invalid codes and I’ll be charged the pre coupon amount

Although my order for 7 shirts said $135 at checkout, BB’s CS wrote me that “Upon looking into the order, I see that you used 2 coupons from a third party and the coupons are not actual Brooks Brothers coupons”. They adjusted the order total to $283. I’m assuming all the orders that didn’t ship out already will be cancelled and refunded.

Went into my account on Shoprunner, sometimes the coupons worked, sometimes not. I cancelled the non-working orders. Thankfully, Tfasted Meruba Loe Tfasta applied, did not use and get stuck with GCs

The amount I paid is no longer showing up in my shoprunner account. It changed to reflect the real receipt I got from Brooks Brothers. Although the pending charges on my credit card have not (yet) changed. I took screenshots of the original totals.

When I hit order, got a message that due to a technical issue the order didn’t go through. Tried a few more times, kept getting same message. Deleted some of the items that said low quantity. Then my gift cards were depleted. I placed the order on my CC, figuring that brooks brothers will refund the gift card. Any suggestions Dan?

My guess is yes.
While ShopRunner can provide a free return label, the store’s return policy is the final say in whether or not they’ll accept an order. For example they may only accept returns for a certain number of days, or they may not accept final sale or clearance items. To confirm, you may want to contact the store directly.
Yes, but IMHO it’s a typo. Not a good idea to call the store on a deal like this. Use a card with return protection if you want.

@dan, I spoke to brooks brothers to see if one of my items was marked final sale (I DIDN’T REPORT THE DEAL AND RUIN IT FOR EVERYONE)
and the agent told me that there is an unpaid balance on the order of $40 (the difference between the final bill according to paypal and according to Brooks Brothers email) and the order won’t ship until that is paid…. any advice on this?

All my shirts popped up as final sake. Could buy them with an Amex platinum and return the ones I don’t want to Amex, but meh, too much effort, just didn’t order, wasted 20 minutes.
System is strange because as soon as you add to the order one other item on top of the five shirts the Final Sale disappears , not sure if it’s really final sale especially when using shoprunner

It took me a while but I figured it out. You need to use shoprunner from your cart, not when you have to select shipping options during checkout. When in your cart, scroll down, to the right you will see Amazon Pay, Shoprunner and Paypal. Select the middle link for shoprunner and that will prompt you to login to the shoprunner checkout portal.
Worked on Chrome for me.

When I add the promos in Shoprunner it gives me an error for the last promo code. The cheapest I got it was for $147. Anyone know why it isn’t working
