when you are a new customer you can place the order without your measurements then book a appointment within 15 days and they will measure you and ask you about customization’s.
Does this only work online or can I walk into a store for this sale?
Anyone know how to choose the showroom measure option after ordering? I’d prefer having them handle the measurements but can’t seem to find that as an option after I order.

Another concern is that the fabric and color/pattern will be different in person than the picture.
Otherwise I’d purchase.

What’s the deal with shatnez and these suites?
On their website they say they can’t promise no shatnez?
So what are you supposed to do if you buy it and you find shatnez
I sweat it out each time, but so far very happy with my suits and have 8 of them with no shatnez.
I called the flabush shatnez factory and the guy I spoke to told me that the past few years he cannot remember finding an Indochino suit that was an issue.
If they don’t say wool and linen on the site then they don’t have shatnez from people’s experience.
Of course you should always get a suit checked anyway.
