Can we stack with the code they sent from cancelling all the eBay orders?

Are we really giving them business after what they did on ebay?

What did they do wrong? Are they required to honor a price mistake that had 1000s of orders and take a big loss?

      • Kevin

For a company of that size, they were not taking that big of a loss. The glitches they refused to honor are similar in price to the deals in this clearance sale. This “sale” didn’t last long either. I wonder if they will ship this items.

Ebay was a clear price mistake. The items were $2.00 instead of $20.00. $2.50 instead of $few 25.00. They could have honored it but there was nothing wrong with cancelling the orders. Any price mistake gets posted on all these websites and they end up with 1000s of orders. It’s not just a couple orders for them to honor. Nobody had a right to leave them bad feedback for the mistake either.

We didnt even get a notification that they were canceling the order. Nothing from them. No apology, nothing. I wouldnt give bad feedback for the price mistake, but I would for the customer service.
