Shoe seller Zappos.com quietly disposed of two customer-friendly policies over the weekend, their free overnight shipping and 110% price guarantee.

Endless.com is still offering their 110% price guarantee and negative $5 overnight shipping at the current time-but they won’t be for long! They have gotten rid of most references to negative $5 shipping, a sure sign that are planning to get rid of that great benefit very soon. Whether they will still offer free overnight shipping and their 110% price guarantee remains to be seen.

Being that Endless.com is owned by Amazon, which is quite possibly the most customer-friendly retailer in existence today, I am quite sure that they will maintain their generous 365 return-day policy with free return shipping and price drop protection.

But you might want to grab their negative $5 overnight shipping offer today-with 365 days to return the shoes for free if you don’t like ’em you’ve got nothing to lose!

I ordered a pair of sneakers last night (12 AM) and received them this morning already. They emailed me that they would priority ship my order just for being a customer even though I had selected the free 4-5 day shipping. Gotta say that they have great customer service!

I assume you’re referring to Zappos; like I said, it happened over this past weekend, so you probably just beat the change.

I just bought two pairs of shoes last week. When I called for a %110 price match the rep alerted me to the fact that the offer is only available on one item per month. I don’t seeing this in the past, is this a recent limitation?
