Concerning CC with same numbers, under different names. If you create different visa checkout accounts you will be credited the bonus. If you use the same visa account with those two cards, it will not work with the second

In for 3 cards of $20 (paying $10 per card). Doesn’t seem to restrict to one per customer, just one per order.

I messed up, but it still worked. I paid $20 & got $30 eGC, so still got $10 free.
