I also got this message when I did it on my PC…“Sorry, we are currently experiencing technical difficulty and are unable to process your request.”…Has anyone else successfully done this on their PC …or is it only working on the phone apps?

A word of caution: I did this for my account and it worked great. It instantly tells you you’ve added $15.
I tried it on my wife’s account with the same Visa Checkout account but different credit card. I got some pretty unfavorable results. They told me I successfully added $8.95!!! So methinks Dunkin Donuts stole some money from me.
