Most of my orders were cancelled but one went through. 3 coffee tables for $15 each!!
All gift cards are now cleared out of my account too, aside from the cancelled orders.
FYI, if you did get a gift card, make sure to use it asap. I was lucky and managed to get 3 gift cards for $500 each. I quickly ran to my TARGET and bought a iPhone for $1000 using 2 of the gift cards (and cash). When I later tried to use the other gift card, they said it only had $15 on it. Still, an iPhone for $45, not too upset.

Yes. No luck with the gift cards, but I called up for each order, gave order ID and said the following “is as wondering if you could tell me the status of the order? Oh, it’s cancelled, can you tell Me why? Oh, a price mistake, oh, ok. Is there anything that you can do since this is a error on your end and not mine? I was thinking like a $5 or $10 credit? “
Currently on order #7 of 20. Might not have gotten my orders, but $200 is $200.

Why is it “not right” for Target to cancel the orders? Target has a clear policy on their website regarding price mistakes. It is not right to take advantage of someone’s error.

No one considered how this happened the last day of the quarter?
I heard many complains that some GC purchases they are refusing to cancel but insisting to send them a $14.99 GC instead.
Before Shabbos it showed that it was backordered but still expected on Oct 5th. But just checked after Shabbos and guess what ….order completely cancelled. No email nothing… really not right.
They cancelled by saying out of goods. There must be a nyc or nys law that they must honor purchase if out of stock.

Got a razor scooter originally priced at $84.99 for 14.99 with store pick up. The 4 scooters that I ordered a second later were cancelled. At least I was able to get one! I just happened to be looking up scooters at the right moment.

I placed two order for items for $14.99. Both aren’t showing up in my order history. However, shortly after I placed my order I noticed that one of them must have quickly been corrected just as I clicked on Place Order so I was charged the full amount of $100 instead of $14.99. There is no way to cancel my order and a long hold time for a customer service rep. I definitely don’t want it for $100!

Went to pick up after being told my order is ready. Got there and it was canceled. They told me many people picked up one guy even got 4. They didn’t have my item anymore (? So why the ready email?) But they gave me a $25 gift card for the trouble of coming to pick it up. Oh well.
I received the email that my orders were ready. Arrived at the store, generated the pick up code and was told no you can’t have your order. Was then told about the glitch and she said I could have one item from the orders. Before I could answer which item she got a phone call and said oh nevermind manager just said they can’t do that. On hold with customer service probably a waste of time but who knows

If they charge anyone $14.99 credit on their credit card dispute their credit card as fraud if they are not honoring gift card you can take them to court for fraud.

I was told they’re not honoring the mistakes. I asked if I could return my $14.99 gift cards that i received and they said yes after 24 hours.
You will find when looking at all your orders that these don’t exist on your account. At least not the gift cards. A whole bunch of us checked and it will only show past orders that have already shipped. If you put your gift card order number in your account, nothing shows up.
THESE ARE NOT GOING TO BE HONOURED, but it was a nice dream, not come true!

They fixed the gift card prices as far as i can tell.
Smaller targets were processing orders by the time I got to the store. Manager and employees wanted in on the deals and was able to price match with no issues. Keurig for $15!!

Just made an order as well. Go to target and go to gift cards there you can choose a style and then choose an amount to put on from $25-$500 or a custom amount no matter what amount the price still says $14.99. you can choose what kind of delivery for the card as well.
