I just ordered a desk, the delivery fee was 39.99 and I chatted with customer service and they waived it.
I am trying to order a folding table I am right where it says place order and it still didn’t take off the coupon

You may have luck talking to customer service, but not all items are free shipping over $50. With the larger furniture items, they usually charge $29.99. I have gotten them to waive it in the past but it’s pretty hit or miss.
@mark: Chat with them say you had problems with the coupona nd its not free shipping over $50. They will give it free.
