Got the same error message via paypal as well… assumed it was because I am in Israel
Looks like they got smart to it. Says LASTMIN does not work for Gyft cards.

They said there was a problem with my gyft account and I was supposed to verify my identity by uploading my driver license or passport.

Bought the $25 gift card, but when tried to redeem $5 off for first time customer I got the same error message when paying with Google checkout. Then tried paypal, got the error message again plus an email to upload drivers license or passport.
Called them up and no help whatsoever. They even locked my account so I can’t print out the $25 gift certificate I bought đ I told them there’s no way I’m sending them my DL or passport.
