I have tried 6 different ebay GC all associated with my pp account (although I don’t think it needs to be) and they all do not work
it says “We cannot apply this code to your order”
YY, I have been having the same problem.
It worked for me (purchased $100 and $5 e-gift cards for a total of $100 on a previously discounted gift card) but not for my brother so I guess YMMV…

tried it several times, still did not work đ
I have five different codes with balances remaining. It will not allow me to use any to purchase another gift code.
Took a few tries, but it finally let me recycle my old gift card.
