@Yitzchok yes it can. I bought one and already had it digitally delivered. Took about half an hour. In the T&C it said it can be used on Staples.com

I can’t seem to purchase it online using paypal – there are error messages. And it doesn’t let me use regular visa either.
I tried to clear cookies and use different web browser – didn’t help. Any ideas?

Called Paypal got a really good rep, that confirmed there heaving issues, he even challenged his boos on it, until he to try himself and could not get it to work.
