I can’t seem to purchase it online using paypal – there are error messages. And it doesn’t let me use regular visa either.
I tried to clear cookies and use different web browser – didn’t help. Any ideas?

@Yitzchok yes it can. I bought one and already had it digitally delivered. Took about half an hour. In the T&C it said it can be used on Staples.com
You can NOT buy Visa Giftcards at Staples.com (or usually at Staples in person) with a Staples Giftcard!
From the Terms & Conditions: Cannot be used for credit card payments or to purchase other gift cards (including Staples Gift Cards) or wireless cards.
