i dont understand after i did the google checkoout it charged me 6.79 for shipping so the total was over $11 how can i get the free shipping?
With what info do they detect multiple google accounts?
Is it the same credit card? Billing adress? shipping adress? or phone number?
Whats the best way to make more accounts?

I am having trouble setting up a new google check out- it allows me to put in the cc info but does not allow me to check out. has anyone else had this problem?
