I’m lucky. Dell confirmed my 2 orders yesterday morning, then inexplicably cancelled one of them less than 2 hours later. I managed to have my hopes up on the 2nd order until 3:30pm today, when Dell unceremoniously cancelled that order, as well.

We initially got this deal. Dell just sent us an email stating that they could not honor this deal. Dell successfully made it to my do not purchase list. Terrible business practice.

It’ll be in the form of a rebate on the credit card (as long as you added the offer to the card). Dell will charge full price, amex will give you a credit later.
