i am out of the country and cant sit on the phone for 3 hours…
So I just got off the phone with dell (1 1/2 hours later), the supervisor told me that they can’t do anything I need to call sales. So I spoke to sales and the rep was able to verify the original deal (ONLY AFTER I EMAILED HER A LINK TO DANSDEALS) and she was able to get me the deal since I had already tried to get it. So I took two. 🙂 So for 785.98 I got two awesome computers and monitors. (I had upgraded the hard drive and upgraded the optical drive so it was $13 more a piece. There was no tax as it’s for the yeshiva I work for.)
Just spoke to a dell supervisor he said that the promo expired while I was checking out – on hold with sales to try to get the $98 back
I had the same thing – it changed on me while checking out – on hold for a supervisor
I’m not getting this price – I get it for only $329 instant savings so its $449 + tax + shipping
its up to 449
They just lowered the discount (ie, raised the price) by almost $100 WHILE I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF CHECKING OUT!!! I’m on hold for an agent right now. Ridiculous. But the deal is dead, or at least not as good a deal as it was.
