i bought one in thailand on street, it is sold at $399 in US. the sound quality is just mind blowing. Many are saying it is fake i may believe it but the sound quality is exactly same as the original one. i paid 80% less there

Well they’re not a fly by night site that might not send you what you bought.
And if they sell a fake theres always the chargeback.
I have bought from them many times in the past and got burnt. They wrote that there’s a manufacturer warranty when there was none. Im talking about reputable company’s that I have dealt with before and never gave me a problem did not warranty the items from them (it happened twice).
Oh there CS representatives reply about a week late.
The site is run by some frummies who deal in closeouts. Everything they sell, for the most part, are closouts, refurbs and clearance dreck.

If it’s not new then a chargeback would be easy as pie.
@Dan: Have ordered from them in the past. Very poor to non-existent customer service. Everything is dropped shipped from 3rd party vendor. I’d stay away. Almost always a refurb/return/closeout. It’s easier to just check Amazon frequently and see when they mark it down.
Well I placed this order………2 emails later still not a peep from cs. I’d really love to know when it might ship.
I order beats studio on oct 23rd for 129.00 I think I’m going to get screwed, it is dec 8 and it still says processing on my account page. I shot them an email 2 weeks ago and they said it will ship in a week. STILL NOTHING GOING ON WEEK 3 for a total of 7 weeks.
I ordered these headphones from 1saleaday as a gift for my son. It took over 4 weeks for them to ship. My son began to complain about them after the first day. Finally, one of the headphone broke. I tried to get 1saleaday to take as a return and they said it was no longer covered by their return policy. They sent me to Beats to try a warranty claim. Beats would not honor the warranty because they were not purchased from an authorized retailer.
I will never buy anything from 1saleaday again.
