i purchase one and i received the 50.00 gift card right away
I just spoke with Amazon and they said NOT to check the gift card and it will automatically be applied to your account after completing the order within 3-5 business days. Furthermore, they said that if you return the headphones within 30 days (not for the warantee-defective product) they will take back the gift card.
I purchased the yellow headphones (originally 199)and added gc. Amazon charged me 161 for headphones and $50 for gc. so really the deal takes $50 off headphones and makes you buy a $50 gc. I think one can cancel gc and just get 50 off — or maybe it reverts back to $199 original price. Remember, Amazon is not stupid.
It’s people like anon that may one day drive me to track him/her down and execute him/her for their cheapness.
