That’s why you price match it with a store that doesn’t have tax..
just to be clear, items that are taxable in your State remain taxable. If the store is out of State and does not COLLECT the tax you are obligated to pay the tax as a use tax.
Thus, selecting a merchant so that you can avoid a tax you are obligated to pay, to me it is not yashar.
BTW- from Pish Posh it is final sale, and from Albee you it is returnable.
