I did get confirmation after getting the cancellation and when tracking it comes up as being processed.

I had same thing. First eventual email implied (at least partial) cancelation. 2nd email implied my order would go through and I saw pending in my bank account. This morning the pending charge was removed 🙁

For all those that wanted a double stroller. I believe this only comes with 1 seat, you can buy a second seat separately to add on.
WHAT’S INCLUDED – The Element Stroller Base model includes the stroller, seat (1), parent organizer and tote. (all shown in the first image) All other accessories (including second seat) are sold separately.

I just called to find out why I didn’t receive a confirmation email and told them I wanted to make sure I had something documented given the great price. After looking into it, they told me it was a price mistake and will likely be cancelled.
