Did you try to use it within 45 days of purchase? That’s why we always write to be sure to use these within 45 days.
I had a similar problem with a Coffee Bean card and when I complained they refunded the purchase.
One yes, the others no.
Too used to Raise’s one year guarantee.
Raise ain’t better!
Oh, and one was used before I bought it. Still no refund.
