@Yitzy, most airlines require the total length, width and height to be 62″ or less. The dimensions for the 30 is 30-20-11 which totals 61.
I bought the same 21 inch spinner last week for a compatible price on Amazon. Only difference is mine is American Tourister which is made by and ships from Samsonite. Anybody know how American Tourister compares with Samsonite quality wise ? Question is should I return my American Tourister.

The carry on bags 21 and 19″ are too wide to be used for airlines as united and jetblue are 14″ not 15″. If they would make you put i in the bin it would be to big.
@AY: Yes but it in fact (obviously erroneously) says the 30″ meets carry on requirements, not checked bag requirements 😀
