You can access many electronic periodicals, including consumer reports free through the Brooklyn public library’s website using your library card. You click on Articles & Databases and then go to Electronic Periodicals. The first one is Brooklyn public library electronic magazines and journals list.
I love CR, but 20$ is pretty much the going rate anywhere. Why is this a deal?
