Just got a cancellation email as the SHIP4FREE code was not eligible for this offer. 🙁

Just tried to order and the code did not work so I called and was told the code was only for iphone X but the rep said she would apply it to iphone 8 however she would not allow free shipping.
It says that only one promo can be used. Anyone have that issue?
