I receently had a similar experience (sort of, not really).
Recheck your order and the FEDEX delivery confirmation. Perhaps, you chose “Ship to Store”. If so, your package is at Warlmart.

Had this once with UPS and another company.. UPS “conducted a investigation” (basially they called and asked a few questions and then they informed the company and the company issued a refund… hope that helps..
Can anyone help me? I purchased something from Walmart online (paid with AMEX) and FEDEX says they delivered but i did not get it. No signature was required. I called Walmart and they said the only way they can help me is if I send them a police report! I called FEDEX and they said they will get back to me in 5 days!!
